    A Career in Real Estate

18 to 22 people involved in a normal real estate transaction. A working network of 150+. 3 to 5  transactions, 3 or 4 listings and 2 or 3 buyers. Knowledge of the process, of the area and the local real estate practitioners. The average transaction has 20+ pages of contract terms, deadlines and client responsibilities. A good real estate broker is; diligent, a student, resilient, coachable, organized, self driven, optimistic and often an introvert. The average person has no idea the work it takes to be a good real estate broker.
