Just be sure they are a reputable company that provides everything you need to meet your state's requirements and that they have a good success record. 2) Once you have your license it is typically not hard (read too easy) to get picked up with a brokerage. The question usually is not, what company wants you....but rather which company do YOU want to work with. Having said that this would be a great question to pose to the broker you are interviewing. All to often real estate agents try to list homes for sale, but are totally unprepared, especially for the current market.
